By accessing or using Simply Agentic AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
The Service offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 30 days.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Stripe. When you provide API keys or connect third-party accounts, you remain responsible for all usage and charges incurred through those services. We store credentials securely and use them solely to provide the features you have enabled.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may not use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk email or spam; violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malware or harmful code; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
The Service uses AI models to generate content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any content generated through the Service before using it. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before termination.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
